The Festival is proud to count The Concordia Foundation as a Festival Friend. More than that, Gillian Humphreys, international singer and founder of the Concordia Foundation, is an inspiration for Marie Soulier and all at the Festival.

Gillian was awarded an OBE in recognition of her charity work in the 2014 New Year’s Honours List. She founded Concordia out of her real concern for building bridges of friendship and excellence through music and the arts. The Foundation helps young artists gain recognition for their talent, and develops programmes to take music to schools kids around the world from underprivileged backgrounds.
