Simon Grange is a bass currently studying with Russell Smythe. He recently graduated from the Royal College of Music where he was a Cuthbert  Smith Scholar supported by a Soirée d’Or award and Douglas and Hilda Simmonds and Hans and Mary Romney award.

Recent performances include Superintendent Budd Albert Herring (RCMIOS), Dick Dead-Eye H.M.S. Pinafore (Harwich Music Festival), and Simone Gianni Schicchi (Westminster Opera). Future performances include Commendatore Don Giovanni (Rye Arts Festival).

This year he will also feature as a Young Artist with Mid Wales Opera, where he will perform as Bartolo Le Nozze di Figaro and Basilio Il Barbiere di Siviglia.
