Paul runs his communications consultancy citizenbay, which helps shakes things up in organisational culture and brand communication for a more curious, inspired and profitable business.

He is also the founder of citizenguild – a collective of specialist mentors who advise and provide practical support for start-ups and small businesses.

As more people find themselves in the public eye, Paul has recently set up citizenbrand, a personal branding agency.

He lectures for Google on Organisatonal Change, and at several universities on personal branding. Meanwhile Paul is in demand as a speaker at conferences, including TEDx.

Paul used to be Communications Director for Levi Strauss EMEA, and worked for three well known global advertising agencies prior to that.

However, he is better known in Clapham as Marie Soulier’s husband.
